WORKSHOP

THE PROJECT

A one-day workshop was organised on the 9th April 2008, focusing on four main themes:
(i) plant diversity conservation in Cyprus,
(ii) the plant micro-reserves approach and its implementation in Mediterranean countries,

(iv) the implementation of the specific project and prospects for its sustainability.

In this workshop (see programme of the event), world-known scientists were invited to share their knowledge and experiences in other countries. The workshop was open to the general public.
